Rookie Tallent Pool not shallow this year with Ticats. Offence Part 1 of 2

I have to say one thing to Ti cats Scouting Staff
Great Job.. The Depth at Each Spots Looks good.
I went to 1st 3 Days of Training Camp.

Day 3 Today :
I was up by 5 Am and out door by 6:45.
Taking 4 Buses into Mac from Two Transit Services
Burlington then Hamilton.

I got to Mac at 8 AM
Went and Had some Breakfast at Commissary Then Hit Filed by at 8:30 AM
Some of players had already been out.

Talked with some Coaches and guest Coaches Till Charlie Blew his Whistle to start at 9AM
Over Past 3 Days I been very Impressed with Scouting Staff Work.
The Depth and Competition Has been great at Rookie Camp.

Charlie Taaffe and his Coaching Staff will have a tough day Sunday Cutting 7 Guys Dreams.
To get down to CFL Minimum for Training Camp
Veteran players Report Tomorrow For Medicals and Play books and Room Assignments
There is no Practice till Sunday
Check www.ticats.ca for Details.

Now Back to players at Rookie Camp
Some Guys I liked on offence are:

Are :
#12 QB Quinton Porter 6'5 228 from Boston Collage:

This guy is Huge and so Mobile
You swear by his size he was a Drop back guy .
Your shocked when you see him Move in Pocket or Roll out

#32 RB Tre Smith 32 of Auburn 5'11 195
Kid has some moves and can catch Well
He played very well so far
But Import running back is tough Spot to Make this on team with it depth.

#33 FB Mike Giffen Queens 6'0 235
He been the Surprise of Camp IMO
He gets threw the hole so quickly
He be nice change of Pace back
Also His Non Import Status won't hurt him.

#80 WR Willy Ponder 5'9 169 south East Missouri State
Dose This kid ever drop ball ?
I've only seen 1 so far he has Dropped that was today.
He is very quick and will Adapt will to Canadian Field.
Plus he has Pro Experience to the NYG of the NFL.

#84 WR Earnest Jackson 6'3 220 Cincincinnati
This kid is Big I mean Big.....Big big ..
I thought the kid was Tackle when I 1st seen him.
Till he put on the 84 and Used those Huge Hands to snare Passes.
He runs nice routes and can block.

#60 Marko Cavka OL Sacramento State:
Marko was part of the Ticats During Final 2 months of last Season
But did He Spent a Majority of his time on Practice Roster.
His footwork is very good and Seem to be very Coachable.

#57 Eric Ince 6'4 296 OL Saint Mary's
He was A Tiger cats Draft pick and in Camp last year but sent Back to St. Marys
The Extra year with Coaches at St. Marys helps
He 100% Better and Seems to take The coaching Better

I will talk about the Defence Guys Tomorrow In part 2.
