so what happens before the game ????

Have you Ever Watched a Football game at IWS
Then Thought Want goes into getting the stadium and team Ready.
Well I am going to tell you .


Let start with the Team
The Coaching Staff puts 16 hour days getting us Ready
Looking over the last weeks game
Finding Errors and Mistakes Then Giving the info to the team in next set of meetings
They also Start to game plan for the next Game.

The Training Staff works on fixing the bumps and Sprains
The Equipment Guys look over the Helmets and pads
Making sure Every players is safe out on the field.
The also Put out Pants Socks and Jersey for the game.

The players Arrive around 11 O'clock for meetings
They take field for Practice at 3:00
some stay late or come early to work out and Bond with there Team mates.



Now for the Event Staff.
They Arrive the day before the game Setting up the Hospitality Tents
They also make sure Menus are Ready for Hall of Fame Club
they arrive the next day early for more Setup
Things really pick up around 3:00 for 7 PM Kickoff.

They Check the weather to make shure it is safe for Fans and Players
Check to make sure the off Field Entertainment is Ready
Including the Pilot who flies the War Plane Heritage fly bye is ready
The inflate the Ticats Helmet Tunnel
Get the Ticket takers ready
Make sure the Stadium PA System Scoreboard and 20 Second Clock or working
The Dance Team Practices and gets ready to get there Grove on.


Security makes sure the Ambulance is in place for fans who get ill
They also Stop Fans from Going on to the field
The Ambulance makes sure fans are Fix when hurt


As for The Food .
They Roughly a have a Beer per Person Served per game.
so if we have a crowd of 27,000 in the stands that's 27,000 beer
They Go though roughly the same amount of food.
The Hall of Fame Club Food is made in Brian Timins Kitchen next to IWS.
Then Brought up Elevator to it members



So without the people behind scenes
the game could not go on
It is alot work getting a Stadium Ready for a Game day .
From Football Staff to the Event Staff
Every Part must work for it go off with out a Hitch.
