Chang Trade Bate ???

There are Rumblings out of the 2008 CFL Winner Meeting
They are that QB Chang won't be back in Steel town..
Roomer has it The Ticats are Trying to trade him to a Western
Team
Chang who is a 26 year Old QB From Hawaii
Play Well in the preseason but lost the #2 QB Spot to Ritchie Williams
Williams Sign Contract Extension last week
So Writing in Wall Chang will be gone

I Can understand this
Here is Why.
Timmy is 26 Can't read Defence to save his life.
Trust his arm way to much and throws in Coverage way to much.
Most Team use the 3rd QB Spot for Young Kid 21-23 Chang is 26.
On the Bright side he is a good Holder.
But anyone can hold for a Kicker.

We need to Bring in a Young QB (21-to 23) to be the 3rd Guy.
we need to Trade Timmy and get what we can.
He never going to be anything Big in the CFL
But a Holder on Field Goal Tries
He not worth a roster spot just for that

Hamilton, Ontario – The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced today that the team has signed 2007 CFL All-Star linebacker Zeke Moreno to a new three-year contract and quarterback Richie Williams to a new two-year contract.

“Based on their contributions to this team on the field, in the locker room and in the community, we are pleased that Zeke and Richie will remain key members of the Ticats this season and for the future,” said general manager Bob O’Billovich.

Moreno, a 6-2. 246-pound native of Chula Vista, California, enjoyed a phenomenal debut season in the CFL in 2007, recording a league-leading and team-record 114 defensive tackles, 12 special teams tackles, one quarterback sack, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery, three pass knockdowns and two interceptions.

“As a first year player in the CFL, Zeke established himself as one of the premiere players in the league and solidified himself as a leader in our locker room,” O’Billovich remarked.

Moreno was the Ticats nominee for Most Outstanding Player as well as Most Outstanding Defensive Player and was named a CFL and East Division All-Star.

Williams, a 6-3, 190-pound native of Camden, South Carolina completed 80 of 130 pass attempts for 852 yards and six touchdowns while carrying the ball 32 times for 169 yards in 2007.

“Richie is a talented, young quarterback and a tremendous athlete who fits our offensive situation very well,” said O’Billovich. “His playing style and abilities are similar to Casey Printers, which provides our offence with excellent consistency.”

After signing with Hamilton as a free agent on May 17, 2006, the 24-year-old has completed 97 of 162 pass attempts for 1,093 yards and six touchdowns. He has also recorded 36 rushing attempts for 224 yards.

Ticats Key Players on offence are Injury Prone

The Key Players on Offence for Hamilton Ticats have a History of Injuries.
The Ticats Better Buys Some Bubble Wrap.
Here is why:

QB Casey Printers :a Toe that need to go under knife to be fixed
A Hamstring a Broken Finger and back Problems Also Slowed down Casey.

RB Jesse Lumsden :Over the past few seasons he has struggled with ankle problems and injuries to his hip, groin, clavicle/right shoulder
Now his left shoulder.that had to be Repaired by Major Surgery
A sprained ankle that kept him out in Collage Games at Mac.

WR Tony Miles: a foot injury & hamstring injury Last year in Toronto.

What dose this say about Our 2008 Hamilton Tigercats Football Team
The Trainers and Doctors Better be Ready
Cause there going to be Busy.
The team also better have good Depth
Becase this starters are Injury Prone.
I will bid that not one of them says Healthy in 2008 and Plays the Full season.

You see why I am Talking about Bubble Wrap

Decide to move Seats.

I've been a Season Ticket holder in Box J for past Two Seasons.
Everything has gone up but My Limited Income has not.
The Ti cats Business office did everything the could to help Me stay in Box J.

But with My Car Needing Plates and Emissions test
add the Insurance and New 5 Year Licence Cause my will Expire in April.
Plus House hold Bills
There just no way I could afford to stay in Box J
this least this year.

I also look at the 2008 Ticats so Far:
This Team as of now dose not get me fired up for this year
so far I don't see any Improvement from 2007 Team player wise.
We are even younger then we where last year
when we had 3 wins. How can we be any Better?

Since i have my Season Ticket Depost already .:
$495.00 was price of Box J add the Ticket for the playoff game
I am over 500.00+ Dollars. for the season If I Say.

With the Move to sec 8 : $342.00 + Playoff Ticket
so it will just under 400 dollars
Saving me Around 120-145 Dollars This year.

I just could not pass up the Move
I will miss my Friends in Box J but the move had to be done

Cat's Could be Making a Huge Mistake Letting Armour Go.

I have Always Been a Supporter for
the Return of Armour to Ticats in 08

According to the Hamilton Spec the Ticats are going to Use Canadian Ray Mariuz
No Offence to Ray but he could not Hold Armours Jock on his Best Day.
we had the best 1 & 2 Punch at OLB and MLB in the league with Zeke and
JoJuan

JoJuan played Hard for us the past two Seasons
How is He's Being Rewarded by being Shown the door.
This is a Huge Error if he is not Resigned.
Ray is a Good back
up but he is not a Starter.
Pay the Man and be Done with it Obie.

Roomer has it Obie wants to use Americans on the Dline.
But we have good Canadians there.
So Resign the big Dog .
Let him Retire a Ticat

It took great courage for you to admit your problem to some of the head hunters on this forum. I truly admire you and I acknowledge you as the best TiCat fan ever.

I have a daughter with mental slowness, mild temporal lobe epilepsy and schizophrenia and my wife and I spend a lot of time working and volunteering in the mental health field, so I know where you're coming from, Onknight(Tom)

I have developed a good knowledge of all mental deficiencies and injuries, although I am an engineer, not a doctor.

I can't tell you enough about how much I appreciate your presence on Ticats.ca. Your posts are all well researched and you possess marvelous insight into the game of football. This alone, makes you a more knowledgeable fan than I am.

I would point out too,Onknight (Tom,) that you are not the worst speller on the site, nor is your use of English Grammar the poorest. There are folks working this site that supposedly don't have a brain injury, but you'd never know it. You are well above all of these posters and more interesting to read as well.

Keep up your great work!
